Let's Make God First In Our Lives
April 26, 2024
Dear Parents, Guardians, and Clubbers,
The winning team for the last time we had club back on March 29th was the Red Team with 9800 points. Handbook points is what made all the difference, that and doing a lot of work at home when there was no power at church because of that storm. Way to go Red Team. Awesome job and well done.
We appreciate all the help from different families who gave to the Awana Store over the past week. It was so helpful and a blessing. We could not have pulled this together without the help of you and others in the church.
PARAGRAPH EDIT: Remember next week is the final Friday of Awana for the club year. If you have the ability to get onto Facebook and are friends with Peter, he has posted videos of the sandwich assignment that your kids worked on over school vacation. He did tag as many families as he could and we hope you enjoy them as much as we did working with your kids on this.
Lastly, we need families to sign up to bring food for the Annual Awana End of Year Awards Dinner on Sunday May 5th at 5pm. You can send us an email as to what you are going to bring to the email above. At this point everything is open to whatever you would like…beverages, main dishes, side dishes, desserts. Just let us know and we will share with everyone what is being brought.
God Bless,
Awana Commander
